Optional recurring deliveries
You may choose a one-time purchase or an available subscription when ordering. The selected products, price, billing interval and recurring charge are shown before checkout. A subscription authorizes recurring charges and deliveries until cancelled.
Gifts and renewals
Promotional gifts included with the initial order apply once per order and are not included with recurring deliveries unless the offer explicitly says otherwise.
Changes and cancellation
To request cancellation, a pause or a change, email contato@try-koriderm.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Contact us before your next scheduled renewal so we can process your request before the next charge. If a renewal has already been charged or dispatched, contact us for help with that order.
Returns and billing questions
Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to the first qualifying order. Renewal orders are subject to our Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable law.
