2. Currency & Billing
• Orders will be charged in your selected currency at checkout.
• The final amount charged may vary slightly depending on foreign exchange rates.
You may see a temporary authorization on your card before the charge settles. This is normal and will disappear if the order does not complete.
3. Security & Fraud Protection
Koriderm uses industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/SSL) to protect your payment information during transmission. All payment transactions are processed securely by certified payment processors.
4. Order Confirmation
Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. This email includes:
• Order details
• Billing & shipping address
• Payment method used
Please review the information carefully and contact us immediately if there’s an error.
5. Cancellations & Changes
• If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contato@try-koriderm.com.
• If the order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible — you would need to follow our Refund Policy.
6. Failed Payments
A payment may fail due to:
• Incorrect card details
• Insufficient funds
• Bank security holds or declines
If your payment fails, you’ll be notified at checkout. Please check your information or try an alternate payment method.
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge on your card is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it. If you file a dispute (chargeback) with your bank without contacting us, this may delay your refund or resolution.
We comply with all chargeback investigations and will provide documentation as required.
